Founder of Nourish + Flourish, I have been linking my passion (and compassion) for people + food for over 10 years. My programs and cooking classes are based on Ayurvedic wisdom + common sense.
I am certified by the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in NYC and am a proud graduate of Gopi Kinnicutt’s 200hr Yoga Teacher Training @ Yoga Mandali in Saratoga Springs, NY.
I hold a BA in Psychology and M.Ed in Counseling from the University of New Hampshire, which bolsters the humongous work of taming that wild mind of ours. While at UNH, I captained the lacrosse team, discovered falafels, signed up for any class that required a journal, and met my husband.
I've worked with hundreds of clients-both 1v1 and in groups.. over tea, beers, cookies, seaweed, you name it.. at yoga studios, my kitchen, your kitchen—-but my favorite meeting place of all was a fancy pants hair salon in Westport, CT. My client wanted to know, “what's up with kale?”, and “what the hell do I with it?”, so I told her all about it.. while she got her hair highlighted and my son nursed until he fell asleep on me.
In other words, I meet women where they are, literally and figuratively. And as of recently, this is evolving into me on my couch and you on yours. (hello, doable detox.)
